If you’re in the thick of postpartum right now, this is for you 🫶🏼
Postpartum can feel so much harder than anyone ever tells you. You love your baby, but at the same time you might feel completely lost, touched out, or like you’re not yourself anymore. If you’re in that space right now, please know… you are not failing. You’re just human.
Here’s what I want you to remember:
✨ Rest whenever you can – the little things at home can wait.
✨ Keep talking – whether it’s your partner, a friend, or another mum who gets it.
✨ Look after yourself too – a shower, a meal, or even 5 minutes of quiet can make a difference.
And if it feels too heavy, please don’t keep it inside. You can reach out to your GP, your health visitor, or charities like and . And if you ever feel like you or your baby aren’t safe, please call 999 right away.
You’re allowed to take this slowly, in your own way. And it gets better, I promise 💛
