Wishing you all a very Happy & Healthy New Year ā¤ļø
Hope youāll had an amazing Christmas and spent time with people than mean the most to you,
past year been quiet on work account as struggle to put across my style/ beliefs on social media & didnāt wanna fall into the trap of putting out the generic fitness industry posts as itās just not me.
so going forward will use this account for a point of contact, meaningful health advice (no fads) and an information on my schedule etc
in the meantime concentrate on getting balance in your life & being healthy enough to make it happen!
So my tips for 2023
⢠invest time in yourself because youāre not able to do anything productive if youāre not healthy, learn to take breaks when working hard as burn out is a disaster on your body & mind
⢠embrace what you do have, make time for family & friends, less time on phones etc
⢠donāt rush, learn balance give yourself the best chance to achieve your goals, enjoy the whole journey not just the end
⢠learn to enjoy your own space, if you donāt learn to love yourself you will struggle mentally,
⢠do something youāve always wanted to do
⢠balance that word again, itās something Iāve always found hard, although you want achieve all of the above donāt over stretch yourself because if you try & please everyone you end up pleasing no one including yourself,
⢠& finally to make all this happen you need to eat well, be hydrated, train correctly & recover/ repair and if you need that help Iām here for you
Donāt be in the same position next year, make it happen & have no regrets
