So life what does it teach us?
The Post Office scandal, the lives ruined, the heartache, people hurt deep within, fingers pointing.
Then truth comes out, damage done, lives ruined, destroyed, never to be the same again.
The shame, what was there to be gained?
The Grandfather that had the stroke, the grandson who had to take himself out of university, to help pay the 18,000 pounds that had to be paid, now working in Tesco.
The Grandfather now bedridden who just crys when reminded, and refuses to sign the paperwork in order to gain the money back, that he was accused of taking, he cannot speak, and is damaged beyond repair, for no amount of money will give him back his life, his dignity.
But life goes on, his son now runs the Post office, but he has lost his father, the one that stood head of the family, grief runs through their veins, heartache with them all, still remains.
Life can be so cruel at times, fingers pointed to those, that had been made to feel guilty, over what, it wasn't their crime!
Then the film made lives exposed just how many forget, the hurt and the pain, of those that still remain with all the pain and sorrow because of all their tmorrows stolen.
We will never really know the true impact that this has had, on their lives.
Then there is the Baker whose eyes are looking sore, he's been up since 4!
Slitted eyes, hardly taken all in.
Working so hard, where should we begin?
For all are doing their job, making people happy with their lot.
So let us not all forget, the many that work so as to make other lives better.
For to cause pain and suffering to those that are doing their daily job.
Let's not forget the people that were robbed, of their life, because of a glitch in a computer, that most did hide!
But truth always comes out in the end, So healing l now send to all that have suffered, that were sent around the bend!
And to those that were wrongly jailed, for a crime that they did not commit!
For they spoke the truth, all but many have now died, because of not having been listened too all along!
I still think of those, that were wronged!.

Many of us find ourselves putting our own life on hold for others.
Some find themselves on their own after doing so, especially when children have left the nest.
But life has to go on in one way or another, you don't or shouldn't be giving up, especially when feeling like one of a broken cup, that has a crack in it to let water slip out, when your feeling lonely and fell the need to scream and shout, think of Lulu's song, shake it all about, like shaking Stevens who got no time to fix the door!
You should always keep yourself busy, and not just sitting around collecting memories in boxes!
Go out and make some more, for there are rivers fields of daisies to explore!
Fishes in water, they don't feel trapped, for they swim freely, seeking refuge amongst the w**ds if threatened by the fisherman's hook!
But of course, some take the bait, and then it's too late!
But hopefully they will be put back in, to carry on with their swim, finding others to swim alongside.
Us as humans shouldn't hide ourselves away, for we were born to live and play, especially when children, hide and seek!
Game of marbles upon the ground, with finger and thumb, oh what fun!
Who says we cannot play anymore, when we reach higher numbers and more!
For we all have our inner child within, just needs a tickle, to then have this grin spread across our face.
For are we all forgetting how to race.
Race you to the car and back!
We forgot the tiny cracks that start to appear, each and every year.
It doesn't matter what day you were born, how old you are, for you were born from the stars, and they still shine brightly each and every night.
So stop this fight that goes on within, forget your age, go for a spin, grab that apple off the tree, and find yourself, laughing He! He! He!
You see, life can be funny, just takes you and me to see.

If we were to look up our life history so far, would there be any dots we could add up?
I mean, are there things we have found ourselves in doing over and over again?
Like a repeating pattern in cloth, that is in every 12
inch's?
When we find ourselves saying, l've been here before, daja vu?
Like in another time another place?
As if the planets had realigned, and you found yourself, acting out the same scene and same words, as like in a play, scene 1 take action?
For life can take us on a spiral, as if we are on the roundabout and can't get off.
I'm so dizzy my head is spinning, like the world is spinning around!
That song measures up to what l am trying to say.
Stop in the name of God before you break my heart!
Another one with great meanings!
But do we listen, to our heart that beats away in our chest?
Or do we go ahead ignoring all the signs, that we are being given?
For so many go where angels dare not tread.
Mostly to their misadvantage.
Saying to themselves, what the heck l'm going to do and say it anyway, bu**er the consequences!
But, hold your breath, and think of the consequences of your actions, for who can and will they hurt in the long run?
We have been given brains, so lets use them to our advantage.
Many a true word said and done in haste, then to be suffering the consequences in the long run.
Our mouth can runaway with us, they say, keep your mouth shut, and don't open it until you have something nice to say!
But, some have egos and can't help but let their mouth run at 1'000 miles an hour!
It is those that have issues that take it out on others, because they are really, so small inside.
Their heart is not as others, that are big and love to share, they are the greedy ones, that seek attention all the time!
So avoid the loud, avoid at all costs, the blood vampires that drain your energy.
Keep to thineself, true.
And don't go above your station, to follow the crowd.
For you shine within so beautifully on your own.

We all are made differently, created you might say, from a different mold of clay, for each fingertip is unique in itself, the inprints cannot be copied may look the same, but never are.
Even snow that falls, are like magical stars, each formed exquisitely, not being one of the same pattern.
For that is a marvel in itself, don't you think?
When you look upon a leaf, and the life force of a tree, all are amazing, for the rings of the tree record its history, like time standing still, like that Sycamore tree, that once stood so majesticly between the hills, till mankind destroyed its soul, because each is a living thing, with an orb, which we call, the man of the tree, for inside is life, fighting to survive, each branch reaching out, to balance itself.
Like human and such with arms and legs, for everything needs balance, to maintain stability.
For heaviness on one side, tips the balance making a branch fall off, to save the rest of the tree. In our minds eye, we have to let go of what tips us over, even break a relationship to survive, if it is pulling us apart mentally, for it is no good, for anyone's health, to hang on to what is crumberling and rotton to the core.
For something has to break, before our heart is broken, something has to snap, in order to save what can be salvaged.
Even a ship can sink, if not enough balance is given, as it will tip to one side, sinking fast!
For you wouldn't step onto a plane, if you saw one wheel missing would you?
Everything should be throughly checked, before going on board.
Especially any mechanical thing, like Cable cars even.( May they RIP)
Oil checks, brakes everything before any journey, for you cannot miss out a thing, for lives are at sake, for death tolls are the end result, if not all is checked before hand!
Tyres should be checked out before any long journey, air pressure water oil ect.
No one wants a blowout, even the treads of a tyre, for no one wants to be having a crash resulting in losing anyone's life!
So check check and then check again, before taking any journey.
And are your shoes ect safe, for slipping on wet surfaces, because there is no hold underneath, is the same, as a tyre with no tread!
Safety always.
And look where you are going, eyes on the road!
And get enough sleep you all, for tiredness can kill you and others on the road!

We each of us are on a different path on this time line we have on earth.
Some go on the short and narrow,
whilst others go on the long winding road, not being able to see their true path, until one day, when older and much wiser, they see the light, at the end of the tunnel through the darkness.
Others go through storms of controversy, thinking that they themselves, can do no wrong, but no, all is added up at the end of the day of reckoning, for nothing passes the eye of those that watch from high up above!
We are but shadows walking upon the earth plane, until we find our light within to then be shining the light, for others to follow.
For we were born in the darkness, to be merging into light.
I may as well say, we are truely light when first created, for many women who are pregnant, their baby within, can shine it's true light, that Mediums and those that can see with their third eye, will be able to see themselves, the miracle being born from within.
Meditation is good for our soul, grounding and putting ourselves into our protective bubble is a must, so as to maintain balance within.
Hate is what we should not show, but devine love to all.
But wars throw everyone into complete chaos and madness that spreads upon the earth, that brings the Devils work!
We do have earth angels, and other evil beings, so protection is vital for our well being!
For all around us, is war and distruction, in many areas of our world today.
It is indeed a sorry mess, that people of all nations are finding themselves to be in.
So we, as guiding lights, must show others the right way forward, for them to follow, which is love and forgiveness for hate only creates more hate more damage to our souls.
So thinking ahead, let's put all nastiness and hate, to bed.
Let's all clear our head, breath and start today, as we mean for it to go.
And in your mind, go slow, real slow, so as to be thinking more clearly.
Caffeine drinks, vapours ditch them for they do you no good, in the long run.
Have fun everyone.
But look after your self for that's where your wealth lies.

I saw George a young boy that killed by the ice cream van
He was Marie Maslands friend who lived across the road from her.
She saw him get hit and he had rurned around after and walked into her house, as she'd been at the front door, and seen it all happen.
I met George when Maria and l shared a room in Wales when were on a teaching week.
I walked right through him, felt his presence then turned around to see his purple spirit that looked short.
Maria told me, that George had a growth problem, and that he wouldn't have grown in the spirit world x

Sometimes you may feel as if you are lost in space ahead of your time, for time marches on and waits for no man!
Keeping your eyes open, peeled one might say, for we havn't got eyes in the back of our arse!
Wish l had, then l wouldn't have fallen backwards after the funeral on Wednesday!
Taking a step back literally into the unknown.
For bollards were apprantly placed to stop cars from driving onto the path!
But l didn't know, the saying.
Behind you!
Well of course l landed on my back, not to say, very gracefully!
For there is a gravity pull on earth, not like in space, where you feel you are floating.
But luckily, l held on with my left hand, when falling to grab onto the long metal pole, under me, because it felt like in slow motion going back onto the hard ground!
It was my head l held up.
I think my body weight, helped as a cushion as well.
So here l am, still here to tell the tale.
If l were Alice in Wonderland, what a tale l could tell!
But l didn't feel my life was passing by before my very eyes!
So my funeral plans will be made in readiness, just in case, it's my time to go to that other place, where l know l will still be in service to others, for l am not afraid of dying, for l know that those two Angels l saw when l was 34 will be back to collect my soul, and this time, l shan't say No, because when it's our time, it's our time.
But l know now, not to step back, without looking, like when crossing the road!
The big green giant!
Always look both ways when crossing, then look again.
Never step backwards, for you don't know what your stepping back into, and that is a metaphor in itself!
Always look where you are going, and never step back, into the unknown!
And by the way, if anything were to happen to me, you will all know my ending, not taken away with the fairies, but my soul gently lifted upwards by 2 Angels, and beautiful ones at that, with massive wings and flowing robes and long white hair!
Take care you all,
And all will be welcome at my funeral, but you must let my hubby know, for he will be needing a list of my friends, who'll want to attend my funeral.

Sadness was etched across my face, as l tenderly placed my hand upon the frail Docters wife, as we stood a foot away from the quere for the food.
Then it showed its face, eyes glaring then staring into mine own face, as if a raging bull with malice no grace.
" Are you in the queue!?"
"Yes" l replied, whilst l and the dear lady looked at each other shocked, suddenly broken from the spell, in which each of us had took.
" Well, move it then!"
Both her and l did look at the glazed eyes that had suddenly shook our world apart, as moments before, we'd stood and shared thoughts with a broken heart, at my father in laws funeral, having gently been speaking without any fear, until that vile creature did doth appear!
Then as we took one step to the right, into the queue, with him acting like a bat in the night.
I gently said to this frail lady,
" You take your time choosing,
for it's my Father in laws funeral!"
And with its face, as if he were losing, l guided her to the sandwichs first, then l heard his loud burst!
" Oh yes l am going on my next tour!"
This upstart comedian, this Dick l shall name him, was all for boasting of himself, acting as one crazy, to mine eyes, he looked fat and quite lazy!
For his eyes were set upon the meal, the buffet spread before our eyes, for to me he did steal the moment between a dear old friend and myself, in one moment of sadness, his face to me appeared of one with a madness this red faced creature, whose talons had appeared, as like a stallion he'd just reared, his ugly fat head!
I hoped that when he got back home to his bed that night, with his demons, he would fight, for he had no right, no bloody right, to speak to me like that, it was as if, he were on stage, doing one of his acts!
For l knew excately what game he was playing at!
The lions den l'd just walked in,
I was pretty cross, then l looked again, at how gross he really was, in fact l remembered, where we was....

When your sad and lonely and needing of a friend, just call and l'll be there..
For that song has many meanings and words, for not everyone understands what someone esle is going through.
"You just call out my name, and l'll be there be there, you've got a friend.."
So many of us are feeling lost and lonely, when we just need someone we can trust to talk too, but is there anybody out there?
That song also has many meanings.
Pink Floyd, The Wall!
For each and everyone of us needs a friend, that we can talk too.
I talk to the dead at times, and they have a lot to say!
Gut feelings and sixth sense, some may think me a funny kettle of fish!
But all in all, spirit are there to help and guide us, all of us, from the other side!
We all have different paths in our life to take, some go off their path, to find their true path in the end.
Some stay on the wrong path, and stay there till the day they die, not having seen the light, until it is too late!
I had someone say to my sister along while back, that he wished he hadn't smoked his life away, with w**d ect.
Two weeks later, he died from a brain tumour, he didn't know he had!
So he had those 2 weeks of being his true self, having wasted 60 years, not being true to himself!
So take a leaf out of his book, step back into your own past, and see where you went wrong, and did you fix things back then, or have you let a lot of water go under the bridge?

It's never too late to change your life, and l know a lot of people say, there's always tomorrow, l'll start tomorrow.
But, tomorrow may never come!
(Today is my Father in laws funeral...)
So today, will be a good day to start the rest of your life, the way that you wish it to be going!

If l could hold back time, if l could find my way!
For none of us truely knows what our future holds, we just have to take, one day at a time!
For yesterday we had the storm, the rain falling out of the sky, one small butterfly l saw that flew so fast, into the fold of a plastic bin bag, that we had some wood ect in it, it just went immediately, as the rain fell, as if knowing!
I put an umbrella up over it soon after as l saw its wings twitching with each drop of rain that fell, it's front part was hidden from the outside world.
It flew out when the storm passed.
I put it on Facebook.
The next insect l saved, was a beautiful quite large leaf insect, that had been on my daughters clothing, as she'd got back in from her walk.
It flew off her inside the house!
I soon retrieved it, and it stayed on my hand, going up my arm, until l went to the front door, opened it, to show the outside world, then it flew away so fast!
Then there was the baby pigeon, earlier on that morning, so sad to see that the sparrowhawk, had got hold of it, and was starting to eat it!
The mother pigeon was close by watching this all unfold in front of her!
I ran out into the back garden, shouting at it to let go, which it did eventually whilst trying to hold onto it, but then dropped it!
I stood over this poor baby pigeon, it twitched, then died!
I sent it's soul into the light, its little blue orb, went straight upwards.
The sparrowhawk, came back, and retrieved it soon after, but it is nature, and it dragged it underneath one of our trees.
Couple hours later, l went to check on the back garden, after the storm, and there was the sparrowhawk, with the remains of the bird caught in its talons, with the father pigeon attacking it, whilst it couldn't get off the ground.
Hubby came out and it managed to fly off then!
Then l watched as both mummy and daddy pigeon flew off towards the sparrowhawk!
I sent healing to the pigeons, feeling their loss of their baby.
All are sentiment beings, all have feelings, the butterfly flying out of danger, the leaf insect, finding its freedom again.
The parents of the bird caught by the sparrowhawk, l saw them huddled up together later on, in the tree, as if consoling each other over their loss.
We all have feelings, we all grieve in our own way.
We are all connected, all are spirit beings on their own path, their journey of survival.

It's my party and l'll cry if l want too!
Fear of rejection, we all have it, since the day we were born.
It is still installed in each and everyone of us, as we grow up.
As like a buttercup, opening up to the sun, we soon clamp up, if someone comes onto our parade to be snapping at our heels!
For everyone needs their own private space, to think, and to feel safe within.
Like the saying.
"Lost in their own thoughts? "
Seeking solace even, until someone out of the blue that l was saying something nice too, even l got a backlash, that was not expected, right out of the blue!
Not everyone is on the same frequency, not everyone is being on the same page or having a good day.
But to have a hand suddenly shoved into my face, for paying a compliment, was like having a Rottweiler snapping at my heels!
Lesson learnt the hard way again!
People will be people, some have more on their plate than others, that is oblivious as the spot on the end of my nose!
Sometimes l myself am like a wet puppy jumping up wanting to be loved and accepted, and at other times, which can be rare for me.
I shut down, gobsmacked in fact, you could say, for it takes a lot for me, to shut up!
But there you go, we all have our moments when someone turns sharply at us, we retreat back into our shell to a place we had left behind, as this small child, we stay there, we cry we stay shocked.
Our eyes can't stop leaking.
We forgot our bubble of protection.
We sliver off like a snake hiding in the undergrowth.
We revert back to a child.
We seek solace from others, who even end up protecting the person, that did such actions to us.
Saying.
That's not like Karen she must be having a bad day!
Well l'm not anyones punchbag anymore!
I say, whilst walking away confused and lost in a place l'd thought l'd left many years ago as this child back in the Gannets...
Today's my birthday, who cares, for l'm not 'in' at this precise
moment in time.
For l'm this little girl lost, trying to find my way back home..

If the shoe fits wear it.
Own up to your faults, but if something doesn't add up, don't try to make it!
Like at school when doing maths, you got 0 out of 10 if the answer was not correct, so don't try to cheat, to make it look as if the answer is right, knowing all doesn't add up!
Humans don't always live up to our expectations for they may look OK, but inside you feel instinctively that what your being told doesn't sit right with you.
For people show their true colours in the end, they may try to dazzel you, but when it comes to the crux, you may find to your own disadvantage, that they weren't the full ticket!
As it doesn't do you any service whatsoever, to rush into any binding contract.
For in the long run, you may live to regret your choice of person, for the mask does fall eventually exposing the real person underneath.
So don't take all at face value.
Get to really know someone before signing on the dotted line for how many people do you know that have said.
They changed as soon as the ring was on their finger?!
As the saying goes, marry in haste repent in leisure.
For too many rush where Angels dare tread!
So many true sayings.
Like - think about it, because people say.
You've made your bed go lie down on it!
Like the fairytale story of the three little bears.
One bed was too soft one too hard and the other one, just perfect!
So go test the waters, wet your middle finger, put it up to see which way the wind blows, for you wouldn't put it into a live socket now would you?!

So tread carefully out there, don't sign on any dotted line, until you've read and checked out all the details, because you could be signing your life away, to be left living with many regrets..
