Pause & Pamper has kept me completely occupied these past weeks — lots of planning, coordinating, and hands-on work during the event itself.

I’m now catching up on posts here and looking forward to sharing more about my therapies with you.

Wow, 2026 is certainly rolling in a direction. Busy bee 🐝

I can’t quite believe it’s still January.
How is it that time seems to be moving slowly and quickly all at the same time!

Rumbaleena life has been pretty full on. I’m currently planning the next event alongside which is very exciting ( and a little bit nerve racking at the same time)

I managed to carve out some time today to get some Rumbaleena Stalls booked in for the year and to work on an exciting edition to my stall set up!

Been rather busy planning an event with Rumbaleena. This is a perfect evening to spend with friends and family. Many therapies to try, readers, and a little self care shopping. Pop along to meet some local therapists. I'll be at the event advertised offering short Reflexology or Indian Head Massage treatments.
