Reiki sessions take place in my cosy, characterful studio in sleepy Weobley. Listen to the sounds of the sheep in the next field or the birds outside (interspersed with the odd tractor)!
•
For your Reiki session you will be on a comfortable therapy couch, with a cosy electric blanket underneath you. You'll have a pillow under your head, a bolster under your knees and a blanket over the top of you. You'll even have a warm eye pillow if you would like. Everything is focused on your comfort.

"What is Reiki?" I hear you ask.
•
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that aims to stimulate your body's natural emotional, spiritual and physical healing ability. Reiki practitioners believe that universal life force (or "ki") flows through all living beings. Sometimes that energy can become stuck or out of balance. In Reiki, I use gentle hand placements in particular locations on your body to move and balance that energy. If you suffer with chronic illness, it is a wonderful complementary therapy to use alongside more conventional treatment.

We regularly do Supta Baddha Konasana in class and it's one of my absolute favourites.
•
You can change the height of the bolster under your body & head. You can also change the height of the bolsters under your knees so there's more support than stretch.
•
