"I feel it in my waters" is a common UK saying used to describe intuitive knowing. The more I come to learn about water, the more I realise its wisdom is intrinsically linked to ours. A perfect synergy.

As the glaciers melt, the ancient wisdom contained in the water is making its way into our remembering, just as the solar activity strikes our earth's water and as fast as an electric current ot is spreading cosmic messages throughout for us all to absorb.

This is divine. The timing is perfect, and I'm here for it!

Come join on Saturday 14 February, 10.30 - 12.30 at Human Nature, Bridport for 2 hours of indulgent love potion making.

This will be a heart led workshop perfect for anyone who wants to invite more love into their world. We all could use a bit more of that ❤️❤️❤️

There will be tarot and tea to elevate our intuition and you will leave the session with your very own divine smelling love potion, perfect as a gift for yourself or to share with someone special.

✨️ We are upleveling as a species right now. There is nothing you can do to stop it, but there are things we can do to accelerate it and embrace it...

The sun light is full of codes and information that our bodies absorb to help reorganise and charge up our cells. For best absorption, it needs to come in directly through our eyes. Not through a pane of glass or sun glasses.

The best time to drink this in, is in the first light in the morning and as the sun sets. This is easiest on our eyes, but also helps our circadian rhythm stay true, helps to balance our hormones and our nervous system.

These are exciting times. I'd love to know your practices for feeling good, let me know? ✨️

I have found getting back into routine after the Christmas hols, there have been extra tensions in the house. So, I have been calling on my tried and tested tools to help me move through these and stay (mostly) in my groove.

A simple way to help ease anxiety...

Pop a few drops of essential oil on a damp flannel and place flannel in a zip lock bag in the fridge to cool and then apply to face. Breathe in the healing scent ✨️

This moment of self care helps on so many sensory levels. Finding a way to come back to self is always the key.
