A Lymphatic massage for all of us to do if we have puffy eyes

Using gentle tapping motions with your index and middle fingers (no tugging or dragging), tap out a circle around your eyes. Tapping brings blood flow to the area.
Go outward along your eyebrows, then inward along the top of your cheekbones toward the bridge of your nose. Circle your eyes three times.
Then with your middle fingers, press firmly upward at the pressure points just under the brow bone on either side of your nose where your brows should start.
Then press firmly inward toward your nose, above the bridge, next to your tear ducts.
Massage your temples with your index and middle fingers to finish.
The great thing about this tapping massage is that you can do it at any time of the day without messing up your makeup too much. Make sure you don’t drag your fingers along the delicate skin near your eyes to avoid damaging it.

Introducing my new medical grade Microneedling machine🎉🎉I can honestly say Microneedling is my favourite treatment. I’m all about glowy skin and this is exactly what microneedling offers. You do have to invest in it and within three months your skin will be luminous.

There’s plenty of science to back-up the impressive results of microneedling. A 2008 study, carried out by a plastic reconstructive surgeon, showed an impressive increase in localised skin collagen production by up to 400% (4 sessions, each 1 month apart)it’s a fantastic treatment for a multitude of skin concerns, not just those fine lines and wrinkles.

Faye came to me because she was feeling old and in her words (‘like her skin was sagging off her face’) It made her feel miserable when she looked in the mirror. Although she was insistent she didn’t want injectables.

After a long chat and a very thorough consultation i recommended 3 session of Bio re peel and LED light therapy treatment. Followed by 3-5 sessions of Microneedling and LED. These treatments will boost collegan, rejuvenate the skin and reduce fine lines. I explained that this treatment plan will take commitment alongside a good skincare regime.

Faye decided to go ahead and so far we have completed the LED and Peels.
Faye is already feeling skin confident and she is only halfway through the treatment plan.
