This space was built for neurodivergent children, anxious children, home educated families, siblings and anyone who needs something different from mainstream soft play.

As well as private hire, we now run small group sessions starting from just £5 per session, making it more accessible for families who want regular visits.

Tuesdays at 11am 💜

Our baby group at Calm and Chaos is such a lovely little space for connection, gentle sensory play and those first tiny friendships. It is calm, welcoming and designed so babies can explore safely at their own pace while parents can actually relax for a minute.

I bring Willow along occasionally, and she absolutely loves being around the other babies when she comes. The smiles and little giggles say it all.

If you have a little one and want a soft, friendly environment to join, Tuesdays at 11am is the perfect place 🤍

New stock landing very soon 👀✨

We’ve been having a little test run and I think it’s safe to say it’s child approved 🥹

Little Willow and Harley have been giving our new sequin wall a proper go and they were obsessed. The colours the textures the sparkle the sensory joy honestly I had to drag them away.

We’re always adding bits slowly and thoughtfully to make Calm and Chaos even more magical for all ages and needs and this one is definitely a winner.

We wanted to make our private sensory room hire more affordable for families 🤍

Calm and Chaos is a calm sensory space designed for children who find noisy crowded environments overwhelming. It’s not a busy soft play and there’s no pressure or expectations.

You can now privately hire our sensory room for £35 per hour ( Used to be £45), for up to 4 children, with exclusive use of the space.

Private hire includes:
✨ A calm sensory environment
✨ Access to our Art Lab for creative play
✨ Alexa in the room so you can choose your own music
✨ No other children in the space
✨ Cleaned and sanitised after every session.

This option is ideal for non verbal children, children with GDD, autism or suspected autism, anxiety or sensory sensitivities, or for families who have found traditional soft play just isn’t for them.

You’re free to go at your child’s pace in a relaxed supportive environment.

As well as private hire, we now offer three simple session options to make Calm and Chaos more accessible and easier to choose from.

We know choosing the right session can feel overwhelming, so we’ve grouped everything into clear options based on what your child needs.

All sessions are small calm and supportive and parents or carers attend with their child throughout. Ages are flexible and based on developmental need rather than a strict number.

🌿 Calm Session

Our quiet sensory regulation sessions for children who may experience anxiety overwhelm emotional regulation difficulties or sensory sensitivities. Children can enjoy the sensory room with calming lights music and equipment at their own pace with no pressure.

🎨 Creative Session

A relaxed creative session where we bring the art lab into the sensory room, allowing children to create and explore in a calm regulated environment. Activities may include crafts sensory bottles UV paint drawing and hands on play. Ideal for children who regulate through creating and making.

💥 Chaos Session

Our higher energy sessions for children who need movement release and physical play such as nerf or smash activities. Although higher energy these sessions are still kept small supported and regulated.

💛 Monthly Funded Sensory Session 💛

I know how hard things are for families right now.

I also know that the children who need sensory support the most, are often the ones whose parents are stretched the thinnest.

So from this month onwards, I’m funding one sensory session every month for a family who would really benefit from the space.

There’s no forms.
No explaining yourself.
No judgement.

You can nominate yourself or someone else by messaging the page privately. Everything will be kept completely confidential.

This space was built to support families, not add pressure.

Sometimes a calm hour can make a really big difference 💛

✨ Sensory Regulation Club Tuesdays ✨

This group is for the children who need things a bit calmer.

The ones who feel everything deeply, get overwhelmed easily, or just need a safe space to regulate and reset.

On Tuesdays we slow it right down.
No pressure. No expectations. No forcing activities.

Just gentle sensory play, movement, calming input and choice led exploration in our sensory room 🌈

Although we say ages 3 to 7, we’re always flexible.
We look at developmental age, sensory needs and the child as a whole, not just the number on paper.
If your child is older or younger and you think this would suit them, just message the page and we’ll talk it through 💬

It’s SEN friendly, trauma aware and parent supported.

Children can join in as much or as little as they want.

We meet them exactly where they are
