🌟 New Job Opportunity 🌟

We're thrilled to introduce that we are looking for a Wellbeing Support Advisor (WSA) to join our team. The post holder will be based at the new Neighbourhood North Hub, Pembroke Road, Ruislip.

As an integral member of the Care Connection Teams (CCT) across Hillingdon Borough, the WSA will work alongside GPs, Guided Care Matrons, Senior Administrator Coordinators, and Health Care Support Workers.

The WSA will oversee a caseload of clients, focusing on delivering wellbeing and social prescription services to individuals aged 18. They will carry out their responsibilities through assessments, support planning, diverse interventions, and forwarding referrals, aiming to decrease emergency hospital admissions, visits to A&E, ambulance calls, and unscheduled healthcare interactions.

On , we proudly wore green to support mental health awareness while attending a Mental Health First Aid course, facilitated by Hillingdon Mind, organised through H4All's Community Development Team and funded through the National Lottery Communities Fund. With this year’s theme focused on workplace mental health, it’s incredible to think what a difference it would make if 1 in 10 people were trained in Mental Health First Aid! 💚
