Nurture Health and Fitness by Alice Sheldon Individual and group sessions are provided in-person and online.

Alice is a Certified Coach and Nutrition and Exercise Advisor and offers a unique approach to health and fitness using the Tiny Habits Method, pioneered by Prof BJ Fogg. The Tiny Habits Approach dispels the "go big or go home" myths surrounding diet and exercise and instead draws on the values of empathy, kindness, respect and FUN to empower people to build on small, incremental successes to make lasting positive changes. Alice specialises in weight loss coaching and running programmes, drawing on her personal and professional experience to help busy woman transform their lives.

Cheerio, but not goodbye!

After a year of juggling I've decided to pause Nurture Health and Fitness Classes and coaching to focus on my work within the NHS with severe mental illness patients.

I will also be increasing my volunteer work with NOMV (talking rather than running for now!).
