❤️I’ve been following my heart ☺️ and opened up my home treatment room in West Kilbride for small, heartful gatherings—sound baths for no more than three people, where we can pause, rest, and soak in stillness together.

💝You can book a private sound bath just for you and up to two friends, or come along to a scheduled session and connect with others in a gentle, shared space.

🙏I’m also offering 1:1 reiki and sound sessions - a gentle space to reconnect, reset, and just be.

❤️If you’re feeling the call to slow down and breathe a little deeper, I’d love to welcome you.

I came across this epic photo of the water🧐🤦‍♀️🧐I took 🤔🙈😂 from the car on our recent trip to get to Isle of Gigha. Honestly, my timing of getting this tree front and centre of the photo couldn’t have been better🤣🤣🤣…….I laugh at it every time I scroll past it in my photos! But…… today, I shared it with Finn (7) and whilst he had a giggle, within 3 seconds immediately said ahh, but if we zoom in mum, we’ll see the water better…see! ❤️❤️…. I love this for all kinds of reasons! The kindness to look beyond the giggles and his creative mind… but maybe more importantly a wee reminder that we can often try a different lens on how we see and experience things…… a different way of looking at this photo! I mean….. actually, it’s a very nice, very green tree with beautiful water as its back drop yeah? 🤔💝❤️🥰🙌….
