I had the pleasure of doing a reiki treatment for Rocket today. Rocket’s owner Rebecca and her family and friends have taken care of him and loved him for the last 6 years. He is in his element. Where he resides now, he has the run of the stables and with him being in his 30’s, no one can blame him.
Rocket’s history of where he lived and who looked after him in parts is unknown, as at one point, before Rebecca owned him, he was sold at an auction in London. Here some horses have been known to be sold to the meat trade.
As he is now aging (gracefully) he might be holding onto some trauma from the past. Rebecca decided to give me a call to do some reiki on him and release some past trauma and help make him more happier in himself. As you can see from the photos, it’s safe to say it worked. As the reiki progressed, he trusted me more and more and even lay down at one point. I can’t wait to go back and see him to give him some more reiki 🐴

As a therapist myself I often give advice on self care and 99% of the time I never listen to my own advice, so today I listened. Thankyou so much to Lisa for my reflexology treatment today. What a great afternoon I’ve had 😀 It’s all about give and take. Giving what you have to help others and knowing when to receive goodness from other people. Helping each other can have a profound positive effect.

It was great to see you to help massage 💆🏽 out those knots in your shoulders, it’s always nice to chat with like minded people 🗣️

It was also great to be on the receiving end of some magnificent acupuncture from self care is so important. It also made my day to see Eric as well 🐕
