Welcome, 2026
As this new year begins, I’m taking a moment to pause and reflect, rather than rushing ahead.
The past year asked a lot of many of us. There were challenges, lessons, small wins and quiet shifts that shaped us, sometimes without us even realising it at the time. Even when things felt uncertain or uncomfortable, we kept going, and that matters.
As we step into 2026, I’m choosing to move forward with more intention and less pressure. This year feels less about pushing or striving, and more about listening, staying present and making space for what genuinely supports us.
It’s about letting go of what drains our energy, creating room for what feels aligned, and allowing things to unfold at a steadier, more honest pace.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has shared this journey with me through healing, reflection and growth. Being trusted to hold space for others is something I never take lightly, and I’m thankful for the conversations, courage and openness we’ve shared along the way.
My hope for 2026 is that it brings clarity where it’s needed, a little more ease where things have felt heavy, and a growing sense of confidence in the direction you’re choosing, both in everyday moments and in the bigger picture.
