I finally silenced my 2 AM body alarm! 💡🛌

For years, I was a perfect student of sleep - strict diet, fasting, early bedtimes - and yet, I was still waking up like clockwork in a 2 AM "fight-or-flight" panic.

For a long time, I was a "perfect" student of sleep - strict diet, fasting, earlier bedtimes (I often fell asleep in the chair as I was so tired) - and yet, I was still waking up like clockwork in a 2 AM panic 🫨

For a while, I was doing "everything right." Strict diet, earlier bedtimes, fasting... yet there I was, night after night, wide awake between 1 AM and 3 AM.🫨
