Welcome to CHAKRADANCE - Intro to the 7 chakras
Not a prescriptive dance class but gentle free movement is involved as much or as little as you like.
Chakras are the energy centres of our emotional wellbeing: each chakra relates to specific emotions and parts of the body. When they are blocked they can cause physical and emotional pain.
I have experienced the healing for myself and others and love to hold space for women who have lost their connection to self and overrun with day to day tasks and mental load
Join me Thursday 20th Feb 1pm-2.30pm at Washington Hall, School Lane, Washington, RH20 Fitness for some well deserved Me Time of self-discovery and healing. Re-connect with your inner self through movement, music, and meditation.

This class is designed for all ages and levels: meditation is on the floor so ability to sit on the floor for a small amount of time is beneficial
We explore our instincts, sensuality, and power, how we love and communicate, our intuition and our spirituality
Chakradance will guide you into your own experience of each chakra using specific music, guided visualizations, mandala art-making and moving meditations. Experience the healing power of CHAKRADANCE in a small, safe group setting
Chakradance is an eyes-closed or lowered process, I provide a sacred and nurturing space where you can surrender to your own experiences, become more in tune with your chakra system and use these moving meditations to activate your own inner healing
Start will be at 1pm for a sharp start

The payment will be non-refundable, but if you cannot attend the class and you let me know in good time prior to the class, the payment can be transferred toward a future class.
