Welcoming the 2025 cohort of apprentices at Heathrow đ

This week our new 2025 cohort officially began the Wilson James bespoke Customer Service apprenticeship programme.
Based at Heathrow, the cohort will complete an apprenticeship tailored to our passenger assistance service, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for long-term success. Senior L&D Business Partner, Kate Patel spent the week getting to know the new team and welcoming them aboard. Theyâve already shown huge potential, and we canât wait to see the impact theyâll make as part of the WJ team.
