Skills for Care has published an article in their September 2025 Newsletter about our Holly James - Clinical Lead Nurse at Care First 24 - shining a spotlight on her journey as a newly qualified nurse to social care as a career destination of choice.

We’re delighted to share that Olabisi Olarewaju has begun her Nursing Associate Apprenticeship with Care First 24

Olabisi is combining her studies at Anglia Ruskin University with hands-on experience at Care First 24, allowing her to put her learning into practice every day.

With the full support of her workplace, Olabisi is working towards her registered degree while continuing to make a difference - assisting with care packages, supporting families, working with colleagues, and providing clinical support and advice.

🔅 We’re excited to brighten up your Wednesday by welcoming Rachael, the newest member of our Care First 24 family! She has joined us as Clinical Lead for Adults and Paediatrics.

Rachael brings a wealth of experience to her role. Since qualifying as a Nurse in 2005, she has worked across Respiratory Medicine, A&E, and ITU. Four years ago, she transitioned into community and complex care, where she continues to make a real difference.

💙 Alongside her many professional strengths, Rachael is known for her unwavering commitment and support to her clients. 💙

Her passion has always been health promotion. As Rachael says 👇👇
