Thankyou to every person that has supported me so far on this journey; whether that be following my page, buying a voucher for a loved one for Christmas or booking in yourselves for treatment.

I genuinely love helping people to relax & forget about their worries for a little while.

Here’s to 2024 and me having the balls to take a step out of my comfort zone to train in something I love.

Rise & Shine 🌤️

Do you have a skincare routine?
Your morning routine should look a little something like this..

Step 1: face wash (or cleanser)
•removes overnight buildup of sweat, oil & the previous night’s products
Step 2: toner
•balances the skin’s pH and removes leftover impurities after cleansing
Step 3: serum
•addresses your specific skin concern (hydration / radiance / refine pores / combat dark circles or puffiness etc)
Step 4: moisturiser
•hydrates & locks in skincare products
Step 5: spf
•protects the skin from UVA & UVB

Personally, I use a Vitamin C face wash, toner & serum in my morning skincare routine to brighten my complexion for the day ahead ✨ (it’s also known to boost collagen production)

Your daily reminder that SPF is your BFF❗️

🧴should be worn 365 days of the year, even when we can’t see the sun!
🧴needs to be the last step in your skincare routine
🧴the SPF in makeup is not enough (primers, foundation etc)
🧴it’s the number 1 anti-ageing skincare product
🧴must include UVA & UVB to protect against not just the sun, but pollution too

Don’t get me wrong; if you looked at all my holiday pictures from the last 25 years, I would be stood there with a face like a tomato after a day in the sun.
But I’ve learnt that SPF truly is your BFF. And when I started using it daily at the end of my skincare routine, the amount of comments I got about how good my skin looked was amazing!

Check out the glow & big smile on Dawn’s face! ✨

Dawn messaged me about booking in for Dermaplaning; she was quite nervous as she had never had it done before but was always curious!
Dawn asked I could use her skincare products from home which, of course, I was more than happy to oblige!
All products used were from Tropic, who Dawn is an ambassador for 🌴
Dawn was over the moon with the results we were able to achieve.. I mean, just look at that selfie!

The products we used were the Smoothing Cleanser & the ‘Morning Mist’ Soothing Toner pre-Dermaplane. After, we used the Radiance-Booting Omega Oil during ice globe therapy, and finished off with the Skin Re-leaf Soothing Moisturiser 🫧🤍
