Just look at the form on those pull ups!

When Paige came to me 8 months ago, she needed 37.5kg of assistance to do just 3 pull ups! Her goal was to do one at her full bodyweight.

Now look at her! Sheโ€™s smashing out 5 (not even including the first one) full bodyweight pull ups and I genuinely could not be prouder!!

Her hard work and dedication have really paid off and itโ€™s so great to see! Amazing job Paige! ๐Ÿ’ช

Michelle recently completed 16 weeks of Personal Training with me ๐Ÿฅณ

Some highlights from my workout yesterday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

All of this was done after a 5k interval session so Iโ€™m a bit sweaty haha ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

At the end of my football season just over a month ago, I had some serious lower back pain that had built up to the point it often hurt even to walk.

My main goal this off season has been to fix that so my focus has been on lower body strengthening and stretching which is working really well and Iโ€™m in a much better place! ๐Ÿ˜

Another lovely positive review left my one of my clients! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Personal Training is about so much more than just helping people get fitter and stronger.

Itโ€™s about helping them to realise their potential and highlight what theyโ€™re really capable of when they donโ€™t set limits for themselves.

At nearly 80, this client wasnโ€™t sure whether the gym and strength training would be for her, but after trying out a FREE taster session, she was already so shocked and impressed by what she could do that she knew she wanted to continue to feel the benefits. After 16 weeks, she still regular has PT sessions and is in the gym herself several times a week staying strong and working hard and Iโ€™m so proud and happy to see her progress! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜

๐ŸŒŸ Client Spotlight ๐ŸŒŸ

Iโ€™ve just finished a 16 week programme with John where he wanted to build muscle, especially in his upper body and heโ€™s done brilliantly!

The highlights include going up 12.5kg on the Chest Press, 20kg on the Lat Pull Down and 4kg on his Bicep Curls ๐Ÿ’ช

He always pushed to his maximum each week and brightened up my Monday mornings. Great job John! ๐Ÿ‘

Please excuse the terrible quality of the photo (blame the mirror not the photographer), but I thought Iโ€™d share this photo:
a) to give everyone a good laugh (because we certainly found it funny) and
b) to actually help normalise women sweating in the gym

Normally I donโ€™t join in with my clientโ€™s workouts but I did today on the treadmill with Jo and I was not wearing the right leggings at all! Wrong material + light colour = sweat marks. I only realised it had looked like Iโ€™d wet myself when we got to the squat rack mirrors and we both burst out laughing.

Jo asked whether it was worse to look like Iโ€™d wet myself, or be as bright red as she was and we agreed mine was definitely worse! But to be honest, itโ€™s totally normal.

Youโ€™re in the gym to workout. You will get hot. You will sweat. You will leave sweat marks on the machines (please wipe them down). You will get sweat patches on your clothes and all of that is totally normal and nothing to get embarrassed about!

Anyway, Jo absolutely smashed her workout today too and I couldnโ€™t be more proud ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜
