🏆 Client of the Month - December 🏆

Last month’s award went to Kim for her brilliant running progress! This is one that might ring true for a lot of you.🏃‍♀️

She came to me a few months ago and hated running. We did our first FREE taster session (book yours now!) and she said “I want this to feel easy one day but I just don’t believe it will”.

We recently went back to that first session to highlight her progress and Kim left with a huge smile and said “Wow, that felt like a warm up I can’t believe it!”

Not every workout is enjoyable (although I aim to make them as fun as possible). If it was easy, we’d all be super fit and running marathons. It’s tough, but the sense of pride and the fitness and health benefits are so important that they definitely outweigh the hard work. Seeing Kim commit to this idea and seeing her progression has been amazing and is a testament to her mentality!

A weekend off from football means I can enjoy getting back out and running 🏃‍♀️

As a professional goalkeeper, it’s rare I actually get to do much cardio so it’s been a while but I’m really pleased with what I achieved today ☺️💪

November’s award goes to Dianne!*

No leg curl machine? No problem 💪🔥

Kim came to me wanting to work on her hamstring strength in particular so I’ve created her a plan to support that goal.

Leg curls are an excellent exercise to build hamstring strength, but with no machine at Tor we had to improvise with the cable machine and free weights and it’s been a lot of fun 😁

🏆 Client of the Month 🏆

October’s highly prestigious award and trophy goes to Chris for achieving a sub-30 minute 5k in the Great South Run!🏃‍♂️

Chris was originally an online Nutrition client, but switched to online Personal Training after hitting his weight target. Here’s what he had to say about his journey so far:

“After Beth helped me reach my weight goal through tailored nutrition guidance, I decided to take things further and get more active through running. The first target was completing a 5k.

Once I completed my first 5k, Beth created a structured training plan to really push my limits and aim for a new goal of a sub-30 minute 5k in the Great South Run. Even Strava didn’t suggest it as realistic at the time, but with Beth’s support and encouragement, I achieved 29:29, smashing my personal best by almost 4 minutes!

Now, with renewed confidence and motivation, I’m setting my sights on the next challenge and moving up to 10K!”

🏆 Client of the Month - September 🏆

This is a fun new award I’m introducing to highlight the incredible progress made by my clients and to show off their brilliant hard work and achievements. They also get a high quality and very prestigious trophy to keep!!

The first winner of the award goes to Adam, congratulations! 👏

Adam came to me wanting to build upper body and core strength and in our 16 sessions together he always worked incredibly hard and loved a challenge!

His dedication paid off as his Machine Shoulder Press 1RM increased from 27.5kg to 35kg and his single arm Preacher Curl 1RM increased from 10kg to 12.5kg! 💪
