Stroke can happen to anyone, at any time, and recognising the signs quickly can make all the difference.

Remember FAST:
• Face – has one side dropped?
• Arms – can they lift both arms?
• Speech – is it slurred or confused?
• Time – call 999 immediately

The sooner help arrives, the better the outcome. Don’t wait, don’t second guess—act FAST.

This week’s is all about keeping it simple and effective:
STOP, REMOVE, COOL, COVER, DECIDE 🔥💧

Cooling a burn under running water for at least 20 minutes is one of the most important steps you can take to reduce damage and improve recovery. DO NOT apply creams or ointments!
