After working for many years providing fitness classes for Manchester City Councils "MCR Active" programme, I've created "Active For Life" to help you be active throughout your life in order to enhance it.

I run regular classes both in person across Manchester and online as well as offering bespoke, individual sessions. I make it a goal to keep my sessions affordable so that no one is excluded.
