📢 An Important Update Regarding Our Fees 📢

We want to inform you that starting 1st January 2026, there will be a slight fee increase for some of our services at The Wetherby Clinic.

We always strive to keep increases as minimal as possible, but due to rising operational and economic costs, we have had to make a few necessary amendments.

What is changing?
There will be a £5 increase on appointments for Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Acupuncture and Reflexology.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of The Wetherby Clinic.

And that’s a wrap! Cara is officially on her maternity leave (slightly later than originally planned)..

You might still catch a glimpse of her around the clinic; desperately trying not to make too many mistakes when covering a Reception shift or aggressively cleaning as her nesting instincts kick into high gear. However, her clinical time is officially on pause.

She wants to extend a massive thank you to all her wonderful patients for the absolutely mind-blowing mountain of generous cards, gifts and best wishes. She is hugely grateful and looks forward to seeing you all when she returns in April.

Cara - thank you for your hard work. Now go and get some sleep while you can! We wish you the very best as you dive head-first into this amazing new chapter of motherhood.

As the days get shorter and the ‘silly season’ approaches, we tend to see more last-minute changes and missed appointments. 🗓️

We understand life gets busy, but please remember that late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows seriously impact everyone:

➡️ They interfere with your own consistent progress and treatment plan.

➡️ They prevent other patients from receiving the urgent care they may need.

➡️ Since our practitioners are self employed, these missed appointments directly impact their income.

For these reasons, we must maintain consistency with our 24 hour cancellation policy: a 50% fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If you feel you may not be able to attend, please let us know with as much notice as possible. We appreciate your help in keeping our community and schedules running smoothly! Thank you! 💙

With Cara banished from the castle (and off on Maternity Leave 🤰🏼), we’re delighted to introduce 3 new Faithfuls who have been recruited to join The Wetherby Clinic’s Osteopathy team!

Welcome David, Karly & Nick - three highly experienced Osteopaths ready to serve. Karly will begin her clinic from the beginning of November, covering Cara’s maternity leave and continuing with the team moving forwards.
