1. Ujjayi Breath

Ujjayi breath can be translated as “victorious breath” It is an ancient yogic breathing technique where you can simultaneously relax AND energize your mind and body. This technique has been used for thousands of years to enhance a yoga practice. When you combine this breath with movements during yoga, the entire practice becomes more rhythmic.

2. To create the Ujjayi breath, you breathe inhaling and exhaling through the nose, as your lips remain gently closed. One must constrict the back of the throat, similar as to when you whisper. The sound of the breath is often compared to that of the ocean, as the waves roll in and out. The breath should be both long and smooth, the ujjayi breath is also something that takes time to learn and master.

3. Benefits of Ujjayi Breath

*Warms up the body
*Increases the amount of oxygen in the blood
*Flow of oxygen through the body detoxifies
*Relieves tension and tight areas of the body
*Keeps mind calm and focused
*Reduces mental anxiety
*Strengthens the nervous and digestive systems
*Develops stamina and builds endurance
*Increases feelings of presence and self-awareness
*Gives meditative feelings
*Allows us to move effortlessly through our practice

Remember that ujjayi breath does not have to only do during yoga practice. You can apply this breathing technique for times that you are feeling stressed out or nervous. You will be able to notice that this technique has a soothing effect. You can also apply this breath to other aerobic exercises such as running or cycling as it improves respiratory efficiency. There are many benefits to this beautiful art of breathing. If you don’t already practice the ujjayi breath, I hope you can slowly start incorporating this technique into your life. ❤

Hello my dear yogi friends,

Hope you are well, I got news!!!!
Finally Last Friday I got visa and passport back, we decided will departure soon, since English school will start on Wednesday, likely I will leave on Tuesday!!!! (Samsung will confirm our tickets tomorrow).

I really would like to invite you all have a coffee on Monday 3rd of Sep.at 10:30am At angle in us(lotte 3rd floor )Please pass on the words to any of my dear friend.

I thanks you all so so much for joining my yoga class🙏, it's been pleasure and joyful to practice with you all,I left some of my yoga blocks in the yoga room for you all continually practice, practice, all will come and change!

Good morning all, see you on the mat !

Practice Yoga for anyone. The more stiff you are, the more you should train the female.

Practicing Yoga doesn't mean that I won't get sick because before I come to practice, I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. If I do

Practicing Yoga doesn't mean to be skinny, want to be skinny, there are also many other factors, food, health, personal, exercise, cardio.

Practicing Yoga is not just a yoga. Yoga is a living, responsible for yourself, treating others, taking things on the mat to use in outside the mat too.

Practicing Yoga, teaching both body and mind. No one comes to judge us that we are good, not good. Time on mat is our time.

Practice Yoga for yourself, not for others to accept.

Practice Yoga to know, can control, know, catch up of life and things.

Practicing Yoga will have a physical freedom.

Practice Yoga. What's more to give?

Breathe. Keep walking.

Hello all my yogi friends,

Hope you are well and enjoying the summer time, I'm still in England with family, I will come back to Geoje on the 16th, however will be busy for few things, I will update for yoga schedule as soon as I have plans when I get back.
