Did you know? Your baby can hear you from the womb! 👂

From around 18 weeks, babies start to pick up sounds, and by the third trimester, they can even recognise familiar voices, music, and rhythms. That means your baby might already know the sound of your voice, your favourite playlist… or how often you chat to the dog! 🐶

Some parents love to talk, sing, or read to their baby bump - it’s a lovely bonding moment and can be calming for both of you. There’s no pressure though; simply chatting away while you go about your day works wonders too.

✨ What’s something you think your baby would recognise from the outside world? Let us know in the comments! 👇

Nappy rash is super common 🧷– but that doesn’t make it any easier when your little one is sore and uncomfortable 😥

Some of the most common causes include:

- Dirty nappies rubbing against the skin
- Frequent poos (often after laxatives)
- Some soaps, bubble baths and washing detergents
- Wipes with alcohol or fragrance

A few simple tips that can help:

- Change nappies often, especially after a poo
- Skip the bubble bath and use plain water
- Go for gentle, fragrance-free wipes – or cotton wool and water
- Give baby some nappy-free time each day
- Use a thin layer of barrier cream if your baby is prone to rashes

Nappy rash happens to almost every baby at some point, but these small changes can really help.

Save this post for later – especially for teething or tummy bug days! 💖
