🍴 Breakfast for the day

🥑 avocado full of nutrients and healthy fats for brain health, skin health and many more benefits.
A side of veggies 🍅🍄 for some additional goodies and my childhood favourite- crumpets.
Plus a sprinkle of chilli flakes🌶

🍛 slow cooked chicken and chickpea curry Perfect for the cold nights and an easy reheat meal for lunch🗒 ingredients........

🍛 slow cooked chicken and chickpea curry
Perfect for the cold nights and an easy reheat meal for lunch

🗒 ingredients.....
1 onion
1 pepper
4 garlic cloves
4 chicken thighs
Tin of chickpeas
Ras el hanout OR garam masala
Chilli powder
Tumeric
2-3 tbsp tomato puree
Half chicken stock cube
Large handful of Mixed leaf
200ml water
Salt and pepper

👩‍🍳 recipe....
1️⃣Brown off the chicken
2️⃣Add all ingredients except mixed leafs to slow cooker in high heat for 4 hours then reducevto low for 1 hour. Taste and add additional seasonal if needed
3️⃣ add mixed leafs for 10 minutes at end.
