Jane Collison began studying natural health in 1995. She has qualifications in Massage, Aromatherapy, Nutritional Therapy and Systematic Kinesiology (SK). She is a Professional member of the Kinesiology Association. SK uses gentle muscle-testing to find out what you need to return to health. SK sessions can address the four realms of health: Structure (joints, muscles, bones), Bio-Chemistry (allergies, nutritional lack), Electrical (energy imbalances or blockages) and Emotional issues.

Learning to lift with and getting stronger has been THE best thing I’ve done this year! What an absolute health game changer! (losing body mass) is a real challenge post-menopause, post-60. I was losing weight - and not in a good way. Since training at I’ve put back on the half a stone I’d lost and yet gone down a waist size. 😀 And I feel soooo much stronger and fitter - even driving a car is easier! I’ve done no cardio and yet I can walk further and uphill without effort. Lifting is the best health hack for old age!
