Essential Requirements: Previous private house or luxury boutique hotel butler experience, driver, fluent in English and Italian, excellent communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Under Butler to join a highly efficient, friendly, focused team of staff, caring for an historic Villa in Siena. This is a semi-formal household that draws on the template of traditional butlership, we provide an exceptional contemporary service standard to the family and their beloved dog. You will be assisting the Head Butler with the daily duties and managing the team in his absence.
Duties:

• Full and detailed meal service and planning
• Wardrobe management including packing and unpacking.
• Management of special events
• Excellent tech skills including app usage and admin skills
• Inventory management
• Staff supervision
• Pet care of family’s dog
• Looking after the vehicles and occasional driving duties

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian & English
• Valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience working as an Under Butler
• Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent organization, and ability to adapt to a fluid environment.
• Commitment to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.

Salary €40,000 to €60,000 per annum gross, 5 day working week, separate apartment on the side of the main residence comprising of 1 bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and 2 bathrooms.

RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE
(With previous YACHTING background)

Essential Requirements: Staff Management Experience, Strong Attention to Detail. Ability to enjoy an Island lifestyle. Good team players, working as part of the management team.

New position for a Couple who work well together to assist the current managers to run a 32-acre estate in the Exuma Island Chain of the Bahamas. This is a formal household.
Proven experience is required as below.
1. Strong background in Yachting & Management
2. Strong background in fine dining service
3. Strong background in engineering and facilities management.
4. Strong background in accounting, ordering, scheduling, and management of 10-20 staff.

Duties will include:
1. Engineering (contractors and a 1st and 2nd Engineer on Rotation, but the island Managers should know how to or how to facilitate a quick repair.)
a. Manage the Kohler Generator Plant
b. Water Maker Plant management
c. Service/maintain jet skis and 3 boats
d. Golf Cart Repairs
e. Mechanical/Plumbing/Appliance Repairs and maintenance
f. Ordering of spare parts to maintain repairs inventory
g. Inventories of equipment
h. Irrigation and fire systems

2. Management of:
a. Repair/maintenance schedules
b. Landscaping
c. Current Island Staff
d. Housekeeping/Laundry staff
e. Staffing for owner visits
f. Scheduling Weekly food and mailboats
g. Coordinating weekly staff schedules and vacation schedules
h. Coordinating temporary staff schedules when the owner is on the island
i. Coordinating work permits for temporary staff with our lawyers and expediters in Nassau.
j. Weekly Payroll
k. Petty Cash Funds and Company Credit Card accounting.

We seek flexible and discrete candidates with previous experience for this role. You should have strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask. Salary in the region of $300,000 gross combined per annum, health insurance allowance will be paid. Accommodation on the estate will be provided, flights, work permits will also be paid for by the employers. This is a rotation position of 2 months on and 2 months off working in rotation with the current management couple.

PRIVATE TEACHER LONDON
WITH TRAVEL
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified teacher, English speaker, flexibility to travel with the family, rotational position (2 months on 2 months off.)

We are seeking a role model, qualified Mentor/Teacher to work exclusively with a 7-year-old boy based in London. The role involves accompanying the child to school daily and providing comprehensive academic support, including assistance with homework, school-related assignments, and projects.
The ideal candidate will speak Russian (but this is not essential) and be fluent in English, ensuring effective communication and tailoring learning support. Experience working with SEN children would be a significant advantage, although not essential. Flexibility to travel extensively with the family to world-wide destinations along with adaptability to different environments is essential. Being a strong role model and having a sporty outdoors approach would be an essential skill.
The role demands exceptional organisational ability, reliability, and a proactive approach to the child’s educational development.
The position is full-time, with a five-day working week, flexibility required particularly when travelling. Negotiable salary based on experience.
