I have been quiet on my here in recent months.
The truth is that I stopped doing my therapies and I have been focusing on myself. I needed to heal.

I have also been torn between doing my sessions and creating art. But I only have time and the energy for one.

This is what the last few years has taught me I have been trying to do and accomplish far too much which resulted in me feeling burnt out.
And when I finally let it all go I felt such a relief.

So now I am ready for following my passions once again, but this time I am focusing on Art. I strongly feel this is where my path is. And so I will be putting Sound and Energy Therapies on hold for the time being.

I will be back into it sometime in the future, holistic therapies and esoteric practices are a big part of who I am.

I am excited to create Art. And I can do Art that is spiritual and meaningful.
Art is also healing. I have so many plans and ideas where I create art that is channeling energy and frequency, that is within the perimeters of metaphysical expression.

I will be posting only on my art page and art instagram account.

My new vision board done for 2023, I know it’s half way through the year but you can’t force inspiration!! I have got into the habit in the last few years of making these. It’s a good way to express my self and to manifest what I want to bring more of in to my life 💚 They are nice to look at and refer back to, but mostly they just sit in the drawer 🤣

🌟Update…. I had such an amazing day. I had no expectations for the day was just happy to be there regardless and I ended up being quite busy. Definitely looking forward to more events soon 😊

The mind has a funny way of tricking us into believing that something bad will happen and things will go wrong if we were to step out of our comfort zone, we know that this is to protect us in some way yet the mind doesn’t seem to account for how your beautiful Soul will feel and react in these future scenarios.
