🪷 Calling all voluntary, not for profit or mental health charities/support services in the Weymouth and Portland areas! 🪷

🪷 As we launch our brand new partnership, Soul Nurture would like to offer FREE taster sessions to a number of your clients and/or staff throughout May - available dates and times to be agreed.

🪷 This is to help us to connect with the community, give support to those who need it the most, and to build our profile.
🪷 All we ask for in return is a testimonial or feedback on our page, which can be anonymous if preferred.

🪷 Sessions offered:

- Group Soundbath of up to six people, participants can also opt for Reiki therapy during this session. Available for all ages.

Or

- Indian Head massage, includes shoulders, neck, head - up to six people per service. 18+ years.

🪷 Participants will complete a full consultation before session begins.

🪷 Sessions will be held in your premises/practice and will be completely confidential.

🪷 Fully insured

Exiting news!

Solstice and Soul Nurture Soundbaths have decided to merge, to create a more accessible, holistic, beautiful service for our community.

Myself and Melia have just completed our Indian Head massage training and will be offering more groups and therapies as the months go on.

Please join us in this exciting new chapter!
We will be offering free sessions to a number of mental health support services within the next month, and taster sessions for a limited time after as we launch.

Welcome to Soul Nurture

Founded by Melia and Kerry

With many years of combined experience supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults in our local community, we’ve come together to create a space for healing, connection and wellbeing.

Rooted in therapeutic and trauma informed practices, our work blends traditional and holistic approaches including Soundbaths, Reiki and Indian Head massage.

We also offer bespoke sessions, blending psycho-education - learning about the brain, body, the senses and triggers, with breath work, meditation, craft, movement and rhythm- finding what works for you to support emotional, mental and physical wellness.

We’re passionate about holding safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can feel seen, supported and empowered on their healing journey.

We offer sessions from our own private space, or we can come to you in your home or workplace. We are also looking for weekly and monthly residencies to hold various sessions, so if you have a space and think this is something you would be interested in, please contact us!

Therapies can be blended, such as one to one or couples Soundbaths with Reiki therapy, or couples Indian Head massage delivered at the same time, side by side.
We are open to suggestions and ideas so please do get in touch.

Nourish your soul with a wellness retreat, hosted by the wonderful Cassie, which features the following:

11am – 12pm: Aroma Yoga

12pm - 1pm: Beautiful Sound Bath

1pm - 2pm: Delicious & Nutritious Vegan Roast

2pm - 4pm: Personalised Reiki Session

Private, one to one Soundbath with Reiki Therapy.

What to expect ~

~ Simple breathing techniques and a guided meditation.
~ 45 minutes of bliss ~ Immerse yourself in our Soundbath using Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, plus other instruments, all whilst receiving hands on Reiki healing.
~ Time to reflect, chat, use angel cards and refresh with a cup of something nice before you head off into your day.

~ Sessions can be delivered in our cozy, private garden room.

~ HOME VISITS.
We can also visit you in your own space if this fits your needs better.

Delivered by Soul Nurture Soundbaths and Solstice Weymouth.

Whole session cost: £60.

These sessions are very special, unique to you and your journey.

Sessions for children and young people can be tailored to each individual’s need.
🌱Learn about the body and brain, triggers and the body’s warning signs.
🌱Learn simple techniques to calm the body and mind and reconnect with the here and now ~ such as deep breathing, meditation, visualisation, body movement or drumming.
🌱Sessions end with 30 minutes of relaxing Reiki therapy.
