What makes our private Soundbath sessions different?

Well…you get both of us!!

✨You are immersed in a full and personal 45 minute Soundbath. Allowing you to fully sink into, and float away whilst being cradled in our healing sounds and frequencies.

✨ You also receive a full, 45 minutes of your chosen treatment:
~ Indian Head massage. Working on the shoulders, neck, arms and head. To release tension, improve circulation and renew energy.
~ Reiki. To promote self healing, support emotional wellbeing and relieve stress.

These sessions are personal, moving and just downright beautiful 💚

Join us in our relaxing, cosy indoor garden space..or we can come to you.

🍂Welcome Beautiful Autumn🍂

As we settle down for a time of reflection, release and self care ~ we want to thank every beautiful soul who joined us throughout the summer...we have been blessed with use of some amazing spaces and opportunities 🙏🏻

🍂We look forward to continuing holding space for you throughout the colder months (with extra heat and blankets of course!)

What a day to be holding our Wishing Well session!

✨As the earth and atmosphere are being cleansed, we prepare for a powerful celestial event this evening
~ The full blood moon is a sacred time of endings and renewal..the perfect combination as we journey through our session.

✨If you are unable to join us, take some time for yourself this evening ~ take a salt Bath, light a candle, breathe, meditate, set some intentions and let go of what no longer serves you ~ send this out to the universe as you sit with yourself for a while.

✨feel the connection between yourself and all that is ~ know that you have all power inside of you to achieve whatever it is you need at this moment…
