Sustainable results come from small, specific, stacked habits done consistently over time, which we offer as part of the PT package.

✔️ Small & incremental
Don’t jump to big targets. Start tiny and build momentum.
Week 1 – read 1 page
Week 2 – read 2 pages
Week 3 – read 3 pages

✔️ Specific
Vague goals don’t stick. Name the exact action.
Not “read more” — read James Clear’s habits book

✔️ Stacked
Attach the habit to something you already do daily.
After I brush my teeth and before I turn the light off, I read my page

No extremes.
No all-or-nothing thinking.
No burnout.

This is how habits actually stick.

Neck and shoulder tightness isn’t always a neck problem.

This client came in with ongoing tightness in the left upper shoulder and neck.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we assessed how the shoulder blade was sitting and moving.

What we found:
• Overactive upper traps
• An upwardly rotated scapula
• Long periods of sitting and forward posture

What we did:
• Released excess upper-trap tension
• Activated the lower traps
• Rebalanced shoulder blade position

Result?
✔ Less neck tightness
✔ Better shoulder stability
✔ More efficient movement

Pain is rarely about one tight muscle.
It’s usually about imbalance and habits over time.

“If you are not assessing you are guessing”
The picture on the left showed an opportunity in a clients internal range of motion in her right shoulder. The picture on the right shows the improvement to her range after applying the right mobility and stability protocols. If this wasn’t identified could of lead to rotator cuff problems in the future. Remember any program should start with a thorough assessment which guides and bespoke’s a clients journey. Build a wide base at the start and then less chance of the building collapsing! 🔥☀️
