Glow Physio and Pilates Joanne Gilshan is a Chartered Physiotherapist offering both Physiotherapy and Pilates. Jo is also an advisor for Thermomix. Everyone is welcome.

At Glow Physio we offer both Physiotherapy and Pilates with Chartered Physio Joanne Gilshan. Our studio is located at The Mid-Herts golf club in Wheathampstead where we offer traditional Physio alongside a mix of Pilates classes and private Pilates sessions on our studio equipment.

how our gut bacteria can influence our health.

~And all made with the incredible TM7 which makes light work of mixing, grinding, kneading, chopping, blending.

~ And of course as well as what goes IN – we need to consider what goes ON. We have with us tonight to showcase her wonderful collection of skin products made from all natural ingredients.

Loving this time of year.. (and not because the kids have gone back to school 😆)

*But the colours of our changing season. And the oodles & oodles of apples.

*Add a TM7 & a few ingredients and we have a delicious apple cake.

*So easy. The perfect treat for hungry kids walking in the door. Not sure how long it will last!

Homemade Meatballs Anyone?

*When we say homemade.. we mean homemade 👌🏻

*No hidden additives or preservatives.

*Made from scratch and the best bit is the scummy tomato sauce is made in the main bowl as the meatballs cook above.

*Just follow the Cookidoo recipe on the TM7 screen and before you know it they’re all ready. If you want grated Parmesan too - whizz that up in the TM7 before you start.

Our Story

Our private studio in Wheathampstead offers both physiotherapy and private pilates. Chartered Physiotherapist Joanne Gilshan also practices Myo-fascial Release (MFR) - a very gentle but effective form of manual therapy. The studio is equipped with pilates equipment such as the reformer and trap tower and provides the perfect environment for one to one pilates tuition. Jo will often combine Physio and Pilates to help maximise your recovery.
