I’ve been a patient at Stewart Eyecare in Whickham for over 20 years, and I felt it was time to give credit where it’s due. The level of care, attention, and professionalism from the entire team has been consistently outstanding throughout the years.
With a demanding job, flexibility is essential for me, and they always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule — often fitting in both my contact lens check and glasses appointment at the same time. That kind of consideration is rare.
Judith, Lisa, David, and Derek provide a standard of care that is second to none. Their attention to detail, patience, and genuine commitment to getting things right is something you simply don’t find in high‑street chains. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and I’ve never once felt rushed or pressured. If anything, I feel completely at ease every time I walk through the door.
