🧘🏻♀️ Yoga has helped me to regulate my nervous system. I’m not sure if it was the third child, the peri-menopause, the constant demands of modern life or just the juggling of all the balls we’re expected to do! But I had to do something! I was beginning to lose myself.
I had always practiced Yoga off and on, but a few years ago it literally felt like a lifeline.
✨Yoga gives me permission to prioritise myself, to quieten the noise and to be present in the now ✨
