Some of our classes begin a little differently…
Before we move, before we stretch, before we ask anything of the body—we pause.
At selected sessions, we begin with a simple tea ceremony. A moment to arrive. To breathe. To soften the edges of the day.
There’s something grounding about holding a warm cup, noticing the aroma, taking that first slow sip. It invites us out of the rush and into the present moment.
This small ritual helps settle the mind and gently prepares the body for practice. No pressure, no expectations—just space to be.
From there, we step onto the mat a little more connected, a little more aware, and a little more at ease.
