✨ Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) – Stretches and lengthens the spine, hamstrings, and calves, boosting circulation and calming the mind.

✨ Tree Pose (Vrksasana) – Enhances balance and concentration, strengthens the legs, and nurtures inner steadiness.

✨ Child’s Pose (Balasana) – A gentle rest posture that eases tension in the back, shoulders, and hips while promoting relaxation and surrender.
