🥰Connection and reset 🧘🏻‍♀️

I had the most wholesome day with my tribe of reflexology ladies. Setting intentions, yoga nidra, a soundbath, rebozo massage and a cacoa ceremony , all in the most beautiful of settings with the lovely Claire .

Truely grateful to have these ladies in my life, we often meet individually for treatment swaps, they are always on the end of the phone to support as we grow our reflexology and other healing modalities but this was special as we all met in person and let Claire help us reset so we can help support our lovely clients.
Women supporting women is powerful & when we do we thrive! Thank you ladies 🙏🥰

Starting Monday 4th November and continuing every Monday until February. 2-4pm Whitchurch Library. Come and keep warm, relax with a free hand reflexology treatment. The power of touch and connection in times of isolation and cold can be hugely beneficial to our physical and mental health. Very proud to be part of the Warm Welcome Project.

This winter, I’ll be offering free hand reflexology sessions as part of the Shropshire Library Warm Spaces project at Whitchurch Library 👐

Join me on Mondays between 2–4pm for a soothing hand massage — take a moment to relax, unwind in a warm, welcoming space, and enjoy a hot drink.

Sessions start November 3rd and run until the end of February.

A reflexology garden.

My brother sent me this from his hotel in the Maldives 🇲🇻 , now I want one 😆.

The instructions say:
REFLEXOLOGY GARDEN
Practiced for thousands of years in Asia, foot reflexology and acupressure for the soles of the feet helps to promote health and well-being such as enhancing digestion, improving balance, pain relief and stress reduction.
Daily Walks on this path will massage the various points on the feet by stimulating the feet’s reflex points where different point co-relates to a different body part.
User Instructions
• Walk clockwise around the pathways barefoot.
• Take your time and walk slowly. Start with Outer Circle and end in the Inner Circle.
• If your energy flow is stagnant, it could be painful to walk the path. If you feel pain, which is natural in the beginning, breath it out. Note where it is painful and try to work on that area the next time.
• Rest on the wooden stools between walking sessions and to massage areas of soreness on your feet.
• Drink room temperature water to help water to help flush away toxins.
