A reflexology garden.
My brother sent me this from his hotel in the Maldives 🇲🇻 , now I want one 😆.
The instructions say:
REFLEXOLOGY GARDEN
Practiced for thousands of years in Asia, foot reflexology and acupressure for the soles of the feet helps to promote health and well-being such as enhancing digestion, improving balance, pain relief and stress reduction.
Daily Walks on this path will massage the various points on the feet by stimulating the feet’s reflex points where different point co-relates to a different body part.
User Instructions
• Walk clockwise around the pathways barefoot.
• Take your time and walk slowly. Start with Outer Circle and end in the Inner Circle.
• If your energy flow is stagnant, it could be painful to walk the path. If you feel pain, which is natural in the beginning, breath it out. Note where it is painful and try to work on that area the next time.
• Rest on the wooden stools between walking sessions and to massage areas of soreness on your feet.
• Drink room temperature water to help water to help flush away toxins.
