Important patient information in relation to appointments!

We are extremely sorry, we are running very short staffed today across the practice.

We only have 2 GPs working today due to sickness, therefore we will operate an EMERGENCY ONLY service today.

We sincerely apologise for this situation!

Due to the adverse weather conditions, the surgery will have reduced staffing levels today. We apologise for this inconvenience, however the safety of our staff is a priority.

At present we have 3 admin staff available to take all the incoming calls, therefore, if your call is not of an urgent nature, please refrain from calling the surgery today.

GP appointments are also extremely limited today due to ill health and GPs being unable to travel due to the adverse weather.

Unfortunately, due to GP sickness, we will be operating an EMERGENCY ONLY service in relation to GP appointments for the remainder of this week.

We will only have 2 GPs available, appointments already booked with Dr Richard Davies will go ahead as normal, all book on day appointments will be EMERGENCY ONLY.

We respectfully ask that you do not contact the surgery for a ROUTINE GP APPOINTMENT this week.

We also ask that you are respectful to our exceptionally hardworking reception & admin team, who are doing their upmost to accommodate your requests.

We are very sorry for the delays you are experiencing in contacting the surgery today and for the lack of appointments. We only have 3 GPs working today due to sickness, therefore we are operating an EMERGENCY ONLY SERVICE to manage the demand.

Our computer systems are experiencing service interruption, so are not fully functioning.

Due to the adverse weather conditions, we have extremely low staffing levels today. We apologise for this inconvenience, and would like to assure you that we are doing our upmost to ensure the surgery can provide as many services as possible.

We are very sorry, we are unable to provide any practice nursing appointments today, if you have an appointment with a practice nurse today, please reschedule your appointment.

Dr Richard Davies is on his way, however traffic is moving slowly, therefor you may wait a little longer to be seen if you have a booked appointment.

Our emergency service is operating as usual.

We still have appointments available for our Saturday clinic!
A fast and efficient service carried out by 10 qualified vaccinators.
Our GPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care assistants will be vaccinating from 9am until 3.30pm.
Our car park will be open as usual for ease of access, and our friendly staff will be on hand to assist you.
