Looking for a class for something that's centred around you?

My Mum and Baby Yoga sessions could be just that!

Whether you've practiced yoga before or are a complete beginner, Mum and Baby Yoga could be the perfect place to start to reconnect with your body following birth, bond with your baby and make new friends.

We are so lucky here to have so many wonderful baby classes, but after I had my son I found I was craving something just for myself, so I created it!
It involves little ones just the right amount to keep them entertained, whilst curating some much needed you time ❤

About the Class :
In a warm, safe, and inclusive environment, we begin with an introduction to you and your growing bump. The class then starts with Alignment, Breathing, and Activation of your core (ABC). We follow this with a series of movements, pelvic floor exercises, and finally some relaxation.

By the end of the class, you will feel lengthened, relaxed and energised. Furthermore, you'll find this a great opportunity to meet like-minded 'mums-to-be' (and take a much-needed time out from your busy life)!

Pilates is an excellent way of keeping active throughout pregnancy and helping prepare the body for the demands of labour.
Workouts are low impact and put minimal stress on joints, making them ideal for women seeking a prenatal workout.
