We’re really proud of our colleague Debbie Fry, who’s currently training for a half marathon to raise money for Headway Essex 💚

Every 58 minutes, someone in Essex is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury. It’s a powerful reminder of why the work Headway Essex does is so important, offering support, guidance and hope to people and families whose lives have been changed by brain injury.

Debbie is taking on this challenge to help make a difference:
“By running for Headway Essex, I’m hoping to help people living with brain injury get the support and understanding they really need, and to remind them they’re not on their own. I wanted to do something that could genuinely help people living with brain injury, and raising money for Headway felt like a really meaningful way to do that.”

If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean a lot and really helps support this incredible cause.

Many of you have met Juliette, our Client Relationship Manager.

And if you're a client who hasn't, then please get in touch with us! Juliette explains her absolutely vital role for us:

"What I value most in my role as a Client Relationship Manager is not only building strong, trusted relationships with our clients and their families, but also having the opportunity to visit them in their homes to gather meaningful feedback on the care and support provided by Superior Healthcare. This ensures we continually deliver the highest possible standard of service.
Beyond this, I am passionate about identifying opportunities to go the extra mile and add genuine value to our clients’ lives. This may include arranging days out, celebrating clients’ birthdays, organising events tailored to individual hobbies or interests, or hosting client lunches in our offices where clients, their families and care teams can connect with members of the wider Superior Healthcare team.
I also find it incredibly rewarding to raise awareness of our clients and the conditions supported by Superior Healthcare - whether by helping to produce client story videos for those happy to share their experiences, or by supporting clients in fundraising for charities that are meaningful to them."

Juliette has worked for Superior Healthcare for 7 years and has held a variety of roles, including Reception Manager, Recruiter and Wellbeing Manager before her role as Relationship Manager.

Our three values: Passion for Quality, One Family, and Inspiring Leadership guide everything we do.

The One Family value comes from the origin story of Superior Healthcare: started by the Thorp family after providing care for their own family member, with the first-hand experience of at-home complex care, and its unique challenges and needs.

One Family:

We work together and support one another.

We are proud of our story and who we are.

We are kind and we treat everyone with dignity and respect.
