An unsung hero of the body: the lymphatic system 👏

Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system has no pump of its own. It relies on movement, breath, and manual techniques to keep lymph fluid flowing efficiently.

Yet its one of the most overlooked systems in the body.

Supporting detoxification, immunity, hormonal balance, reducing inflamation and promoting skin health....

So, no wonder lymphatic drainage massage is becoming a client favourite.

And I absolutely love offering it 💚

Yoga in the early years reflects the EYFS principles

Children learn best through play, movement, and connection... not stillness.

As a qualified early years teacher (alongside my other roles and responsibilities), my belief is that yoga is a powetful tool, whatever ypur age.

Yoga sessions are designed to support growing bodies, minds, and emotions.
