Our next Warrior Women’s Circle is this week! ✨

Because real change rarely happens through one huge moment.

It’s shaped by the things we return to consistently.

The way we speak to ourselves.
The moments we pause.
The habits we build.
The boundaries we honour.
The ways we care for ourselves when life feels full.

As we move with the energy of Beltane, this month’s circle will focus on:

✨ gentle shifts
✨ grounding practices
✨ reconnecting with yourself
✨ nurturing your energy without rushing into burnout before summer

These evenings are always such a beautiful reminder that you don’t have to hold everything alone 🤍

Even with all the tools… sometimes I still get overwhelmed too.

Being honest…

I don’t always get it right either.

✨I have the tools.
✨I know what supports me.
✨I know the signs to look out for.

But I’m still human.

And lately, life has felt a bit like juggling.

You can manage three or four balls quite well…

but throw in a fifth and suddenly everything feels like it’s falling at once.

And that’s how life has felt recently.

✨A little too full.
✨A little too stretched.
✨A few dropped balls along the way.

But this week, a beautiful friend reminded me of something important:

Come back to the simple things.

So every morning, I’ve been sitting outside before the day begins…

🐦‍⬛Listening to the birds.
🌳Looking at the green in the trees.
❤️Grounding myself before the noise of the day starts.

And honestly?

It’s helping.

Sometimes regulation doesn’t need to be complicated.

Sometimes it’s just slowing down long enough to reconnect with yourself again 🤍

Every time I share this work… I learn something too.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to today’s wellbeing event 🤍

I had the opportunity to share my GREAT Day framework - the tools and practices that have helped me navigate stress, protect my energy and completely change the way I approach life and wellbeing.

What I love most about these events is that it’s never just about speaking.

✨It’s about connection.
✨Conversation.
✨Shared experiences.
✨And learning from each other too.

Every audience brings something different, and I always leave with new reflections, perspectives and inspiration from the people in the room.

It’s to come back to your body.

Because when your body feels safe,
your mind starts to settle.

These are simple grounding tools I use regularly-nothing complicated, just small shifts that make a real difference.
