It's almost time for your next block of Raine Yoga and Wellness classes at Opal Aerial & Wellness Studio π©΅
All of the following dates can be attended ad hoc or, if you book onto all 5 in advance, then you will get all 5 classes for the price of 4 π
Week 1 - Monday 9th October - 6pm
Week 2 - Monday 16th October - 6pm
Week 3 - Monday 23rd October - 6pm
Week 4 - Monday 30th October - 6pm
Week 5 - Monday 6th November - 6pm
You will begin this next block of classes by recieving a couple of free gifts from me and then you will be encouraged to take time out each week to stretch, relax and let go of any tension you may be carrying. Whilst really listening to your body and taking the time to notice any emotions you may be experiencing, you can then start to recognise what you really need each week. I aim to provide you with your very own safe space to take 45 minutes minimum per week to yourself to do this π§ββοΈ
The main Yoga style you will have the option to explore for the next 5 weeks is Hatha, where you will have the time to hold each pose for at least a few breaths if you wish, so that you can relax into the poses whilst also building strength and flexibility. There will be an option to visit other Yoga styles if this is requested and, as always, this is optional. This is your time and your practice π§ββοΈ
There will also be an option to explore breathwork techniques and we will incorporate other subjects in our classes, such as the Chakras, Astrology and Aromatherapy. Each class will include a guided and/or silent meditation and there will also be an option to set yourself weekly Mindfulness goals every Monday if you wish. (E.g. "this week, I will take 5 minutes to myself to..."). Again, it is your choice to silently attend the classes and leave when the guided session is over or share your experiences with the rest of the lovely group each week π₯°
