Top Tip When You're Choosing Collagen!

Not all collagen is equal! Look for hydrolyzed collagen—it means its broken down for better absorption, so your body actually uses it.

Even better if it includes Vitamin C (this helps absorption of the collagenand it helps your body produce more collagen naturally).
