Just Dave Sports Massage Hi, I’m Dave, a newly qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. Hi I'm David Whittle. I am currently completing my Level 3 Sports massage course.

I’ve recently completed my training and I’m excited to start helping people improve their mobility, reduce muscle tension, and recover from injury. Once this is completed then I am going to be setting up on my own whilst also completing my Level 4. One of the questions I get asked a lot at Just Dave Sports Massage is “When should I come back for my next massage?”

The truth is, it can vary depending on your lifestyle, activity level, and what your body needs.

💪 Active people / athletes – Every 1–2 weeks can help keep muscles loose, reduce tightness and prevent injuries.

🏃 Regular gym goers or active workers – Around every 2–4 weeks helps maintain muscle health and aid recovery.

🧑‍💻 Office workers or those with tension and stiffness – Every 4–6 weeks can help relieve built-up tension in the neck, shoulders and back.
