Join me for candlelit aerial slow flow, Wednesdays 8pm.
This class is the perfect way to end your day, slowing flowing through your
floor postures supported by the hammock, giving you the chance to move into that deeper stretch with the support around you.
You'll have the options for your inversions before ending the class cocooned in the hammock for a deep relaxation preparing you for the perfect nights sleep.

This class is suitable for all levels.
