As an integrative counsellor, it is my belief that bringing varying modalities helps support my clients with different presenting levels of trauma, grief, life changes etc. In my heart, one model doesn't fit all. Therefore, ongoing learning is important.

I have just returned from a few days in London attending an Introduction and learning of IFS therapy (Internal Family Systems) and am excited to see the many ways I can integrate. Using Courage, Curiosity and Compassion, bringing the modality into my therapy space with my Community of fertility clients and their traumas that are held.
I am feeling Confident and excited about how it may enable clients to Connect with Self into the future.

Thank you to for laying on the training and to for the facilitation giving Clarity, with warmth and Calmness, showing your passion in relaying this modality to help us, to hold others.

Time Out for a reset. TBH I'm a little emotionally burnt out with holding all professional and personal.
