Bread? I don’t need it!!! Are you ‘Trying to go without the bread’ I hope this piccie of my lunch will inspire you! ...In all honestly it all comes down to the shop, don’t buy it in! Or if you have family members that ‘Need, Need ... Neeeeed!’ The bread, pop their loaf in the freezer. They can take out what they NEED as and when 😁👍🏼 that way it’s a case of OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND! Also your choice of words are important, Never say to yourself ‘I CAN’T have that’ you will feel deprived! Try swapping that for this ‘I can have that, I’m just CHOOSING not to’ 🙌🏽🙌🏽💚🥗
