š Celebrating International Waffle Day with a Healthy Twist! š
As a health practitioner, I believe that nourishing your body is just as important as nourishing your mindāespecially around hectic lifestyles. That's why I'm sharing one of my favourite healthy waffle recipes to celebrate International Waffle Day today, just to prove that nutrition doesn't have to be boring! š½ļøšŖ
These waffles are not only delicious but also packed with ingredients that won't cause inflammation. Also, as someone with gluten ataxia, where if I have the tiniest speck of gluten it can cause brain damage, I'm passionate about getting gluten free recipes out there. My balance, coordination and memory were affected for over half a lifetime and I never knew it was because of gluten!
