𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫… 𝐜𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐚𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 👋🏼
Firstly, I hope you all have a fab new year, it will be a quiet one for the Jackson’s since I’ve passed said virus 🦠 onto Sam 😬🤦🏽♀️… so if you’re out and about enjoy 🎉
The new year is an opportunity to 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡, a time to give yourself some goals, something to work towards. I’m very much about making the ‘healthy living’ a lifestyle and not a short lived detox that gives temporary results… if you’re someone who is struggling with how to get started, what to do or simply where to start… speak to someone who knows ( aka a PT, health coach - whatever they want to be called 💁🏽♀️) who lives that lifestyle, please don’t be reading and buying into the latest diet fad!
I’m excited to get back to work, ultimately so I can be out the house again 😂😅, but also to get back to helping clients reach their goals, I love watching the development of clients both in & outside of the gym. The confidence it brings and alongside this, their health & happiness 😁
At a time where 🦠🦠🦠 is simply everywhere… we all need to remember the basics… your health is everything - it seems to have been lost in the midst of the chaos but being inactive, overweight and simply ‘ unhealthy ‘ is what will drive this virus, any virus for that matter… the best way to boost your immune system is to be active, eat well, get adequate sleep i.e. looking after yourself .. so make 2022 the year you look out for yourself & your health… don’t focus on the way you want to look/ feel so much… make it about your overall health - you might find that’s a bigger motivator right now 🤷🏽♀️
