Free 2x 45 Minute Session for ONLY 3 people

Do you have something in your life you want to change?

It might be something you're procrastinating on....
-Prepping the presentation you're procrastinating on
-A business idea
-Cancelling that thing that you're not going to do

It might be something you want to stop..
-Scrolling on social media
-Snacking before bed
-Bingeing on Netflix

Or a habit that you're trying to change like....
-Stopping biting nails or scrolling your phone
-Starting walking more or creating a daily ritual

Or something you're scared about...
-Talking to your boss about the scary thing.
-or even going to the dentist
-Spiders

Or something you're sad or angry about and want to shift...
-Rage about the suffering in the world when you watch the news.... channeled into an effective action.
-Parent rage- you feel like you are always shouting at your kids.

To get the most out of a single session, please bring something specific in your life that you want to change your reaction to and not something really huge, like your biggest trauma --- I CAN work with those things, but can't promise a complete experience in one session, which is our goal.

I've been trained by the very best coaches based in New York and I can't wait to share these techniques to help change your life.

Get in touch now as I only have 3 spaces for this FREE package.

Do you want to try some techniques that help you to come out of fear, worry and stress, that are easy to use but can make a big difference?

I’m currently studying an integrative change work certification and am learning amazing techniques to work with the unconscious mind

While I’m studying I’m looking for 3 people who want to try this out - the sessions will be on zoom for approximately 30 min. The sessions are free and I would love to get your honest feedback afterwards.

I’ve had this practiced on myself and have seen positive results in my own life.

Don’t get me wrong - education for me is literally the most important thing in life.

I’ve spent years as a teacher but it doesn’t mean I agree with how it’s run as an institution.

I believe it’s really important to always remember that when they start school , they are entering a system.

A system that doesn’t always allow for children to be seen as individuals.

As a mother - I’ve had to navigate it and often had to shout a bit louder when I’ve needed.

You will go down a rabbit hole of comparison - please be aware of playground chat.

Your child is unique - they have a lot of hurdles to jump- please don’t put anymore in front of them that they don’t need.

Figure out who they are and what their skills are and be their biggest champion.

But when they come home every day - be that safe space for them to be themselves, to offload.

Remind them that education is a life long existence.

Let them know how snacking they are - quirks and all and that you are always on their team.

We want them to fly but not at the detriment of their joy, their soul and their purpose in life.

As long as they have you and that inner self-love- they really will be ok

For you are their first and their greatest teacher💗

Let me know how you feel about school?

This week at the West Swindon Family Hub there is breastfeeding support from 1am until 11:30am, as usual (please arrive by 11am, if you want feeding support), followed by support choosing and using slings with Swindon and Devizes Sling Library.

Even if you don't need any suppport with feeding or wearing your baby in a sling, you are still more than welcome to come along and chat to other parents and enjoy a hot cup of tea.

One thing is certain- you cannot control when your baby arrives.

The thing with babies and subsequently children is that they are always working at their own pace.

We spend a lot of time as parents measuring, comparing our children to ‘guidelines’ and ‘expectations’- that comes from outside of us.

It just doesn’t work.

The advice I give my clients when they are waiting for their baby, is that they will come in their own time and the sooner you are OK with that, the more enjoyable experience it will be for you.

For the rest of their lives they will do things at their own pace- avoid comparison and second guessing, they’ll get there.

Your baby will start to enter this world at the right time and unless there are medical and evidence based reasons- you do not need to be induced.

Trust your body, be OK with going with the flow and don’t rush the epic experience that soon you’ll be looking back on.

Your body and your baby will work together.

You’ve got this!
